How to use your E-Gift Voucher online

Shop as usual on our website and then proceed to checkout. Type in the gift voucher code within the gift voucher box.Your gift voucher code is a 15 digit serial number which can be found on the bottom left of the voucher.

Once you have entered your gift voucher code, click on the recalculate button as this will trigger your cart to deduct the value of the voucher. If there's any balance to pay, you can use a debit or credit card in the usual way.

If you do not spend the full value of the voucher we will email you a new e-voucher with a new code which can be used towards your next purchase at PeepingT.co.uk.

Troubleshooting

If you find that your voucher is not accepted at checkout, check the gift voucher number you have entered and try again. If you continue to experience difficulties, email our Customer Care team or call us on 07940722252 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

Please note:

E-gift voucher codes can only be used online once. If you have deleted your email with your gift voucher, contact our Customer Care team. If you return goods purchased online using an e-voucher, then we will re-issue a new e-voucher to use at another time. Unless stated all e-vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue, the expiry date of a voucher can be found on the bottom right corner. This does not affect your statutory rights.
