If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase we at Peeping-T will promptly refund or exchange full priced item(s) within 14 days if they meet our Return Policy requirements.

Items must be returned in original packaging with tags attached, unused and in resalable condition. Please take care when opening your purchases. Swim wear
Please ensure that bikini bottoms and swimsuits are tried on over your own underwear. Returns cannot be accepted if gussets are soiled or hygiene strips removed.
Bath/Body Care
Bath and body care items may only be returned if damaged whilst in transit or there is a manufacturing fault with either the cap or bottle. Footwear
Please ensure when trying on footwear that you do so on a carpeted area to prevent scratching of the soles.
Sale Items
Sale items are non-refundable. Promotional or limited discount offers i.e. Lunch time, cost price and birthday deals are refundable and must be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Refunds
Items to be returned for a refund must be sent to us within 14 days of receipt of goods. Refunds will only be credited to the original cardholders credit or debit card.
Please allow up to seven days from the date we confirm refund approval for your account to be credited.
Delivery charges and gift wrapping is non-refundable, unless other wise stated. Exchanges
Exchanges can be made within 14 days of receiving your order and depending on stock availability. When requesting a replacement please contact us to check stock availability. If the item is not available we will offer either an alternative or refund your money.
Postage costs will only apply to replacements of a different item from the original order.
How to return/exchange items
No prior notice is necessary when returning items, however if you are exchanging an item we recommend that you email us to check stock availability.
Enclosed with each order is a Return and Exchange form which needs to be completed in full. Please note when filling out the form to indicate whether you request a refund or an exchange. If you wish to exchange an item you will need to complete step 4 of the form. Please note that exchanges will be dispatched once returned goods have been received and inspected.

We recommend that returns should be sent using a traceable service to ensure safe delivery. It is advised that you maintain your proof of postage until you receive an email confirmation from us of the arrival of your returned goods. Please allow up to 14 days for processing the return/exchange of your item(s). Faulty/Damaged/Incorrect Items
When returning goods which are faulty please indicate on the return and exchanges form the type of fault and make any additional comments at the back of the form. All faulty items will be inspected where upon we will contact you with our decision. If we are unable to make a decision we will send the item back to the manufacturers for analysis, and inform you of the outcome.
Incorrect or goods damaged whilst in transit must be returned to us within seven days of receiving your order. Where upon we will replace the item (depending on stock availability) and reimburse cost of postage to return. If an item is not in stock then the item(s) will be refunded along with original and returning postage. Please allow up to seven days for your account to be credited.
