We've made returning items just that little bit simpler. Changes effective from 12 January 2012.
Returns Policy
Not completely happy with your order or need to make an exchange?
We at Peeping-T are happy to refund your item (excluding shipping costs) to the original credit/debit card. The latest date to return your item will appear on your delivery note.
Note: Special orders and sale items discounted at 50% or more will be exchanged only.
- Items for refund must be returned to us within 14 days
- Returns must be in re-saleable condition.
- In original packaging with tags and hygiene strips intact.
- No need to inform us, just return using a trackable delivery service
- On receipt of goods you'll be notified of your refund
- Items sent after the 14 day period maybe exchanged or sent a gift voucher.
Before returning your item please check the following:
Swimwear & Clothing - Tags and hygiene strips are intact
Footwear - Soles are not scratched
Body Care - In original packing, unopened or used

We recommend that returns should be sent using a trackable service to ensure safe delivery. It is advised that you maintain your proof of postage until you receive an e-mail confirmation from us of the arrival of your returned goods. Refunds are made promptly on receipt of goods however, please allow up to 5 to 7 working days for your account to be credited as bank payment processes do vary.
Note: If you refuse a shipment from Peeping-T you are still responsible to pay for the shipping and any tax, duties and/or custom charges attached to the parcel. You will also be liable to pay for the returning postage to Peeping-T which will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange part or all your order, the quickest and easiest method is to make a new order via our website, this will ensure minimum delay to your new order arriving. Once we receive your returned item(s) we will arrange for immediate refund to the credit/debit card original used.
Faulty/ Damaged/ Incorrect Items
If you have received a damaged or faulty order please state the type of fault on your delivery note before returning. We do request that any damaged goods are returned to us within seven days of receiving your order.
Incorrect goods damaged whilst in transit, please return to us promptly so that we may replace the item; we will also reimburse the cost of postage to return. If we are unable to replace your item we will immediately refund the item along with original and returning postage. Please allow up to 5 to 7 days for your account to be credited as banks payment processes do vary.
